Volunteers
Since its inception, Temple Shalom has been enriched by volunteers who perform valuable functions within and outside the committee structure.
Since its inception, Temple Shalom has been enriched by volunteers who perform valuable functions within and outside the committee structure.
They’ve built a bima; crafted Torah covers, furniture, and ark adornments; and constructed gardens that celebrate our history and our congregants.
Twice a year, groups hold Mitzvah Days to maintain our grounds. After select services, talented congregants treat us to legendary latkes, heavenly hamentashen and other culinary classics. Throughout the year, volunteers help our congregation run smoothly and fill the temple calendar with celebration.
Once you join Temple Shalom, all of us look forward to offering opportunities for you to apply your skills and interests as you become valued members of our temple family.
