When you visit Temple Shalom for the first time
When you visit Temple Shalom for the first time, whoever shows you around will proudly point out that everything on the bima (except the chairs and US & Israeli flags) has been made by members of the congregation. A significant portion of the items were created by founders of Temple Shalom, with work continuing through the years.
